TT Electronics acquired this operation in July 1997, In the name and style as “Neosid India Private Ltd “ and later renamed it as MMG India Private Ltd. This acquisition is a strategic move by TT Electronics to establish a strong manufacturing base for soft ferrites in India for catering to both the Domestic and International Markets and establishing such operations for other divisions of the group.

MMG India manufactures a wide range of POT cores, RM cores, EP cores, Wide slot cores, Toroidal cores, Beads, Rods and Balun cores for various critical applications in the industry. MMG has the capability to produce special custom cores using wide range of materials - low losses, high permeability, high frequency etc. Most of the company’s products are approved by domestic and international users of soft ferrite products.
